For your next event, contact Shorty's Cajun Catering. We specialize in cajun seafood, steaks and more. We also offer fruit, cheese, and veggie platters. No job is too big or small. We've served from 20 guests up to 2000 guests. We can take care all of your catering needs. At Shorty's we offer waitstaff, tables and chairs, maragarita machines, snowcone machines, chocolate fountains, canopies and much more. We offer sample plates for $20 each. If you want to save money, no problem we can work with all budgets. Shorty's is here for you! We look forward to working with you!
We offer free delivery up to 20 miles. All deliveries over 20 miles will be charged $2.00/mile for every mile over 20 miles.

Shorty's will take care of all the work for you. All you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the good food. Let Shorty's Cajun Catering take away your worries.

All crawfish orders need to be placed 72 hours in advance because we need time to have your crawfish shipped in live for you.We can expedite your crawfish order for $25.00 extra. Accepting Pay PAL and Cash only. No checks.

    Buyer Beware!
    DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT give Shorty's Cajun Catering 100% of your money for a reservation. You are advised to give a 50% deposit only, AFTER sampling the food beforehand. Owner refuses to give a refund upon cancellation, even if you are entitled to a full refund per their cancellation policy. After you have made your reservation, owner will change their policies on the website in order to justify keeping your money. You have been forewarned.

    Shorty's Cajun Catering was GREAT! They catered my wedding Oct. 16, 2011, everything was cooked and served to my liking. If Cajun food is what you want to serve at your event... Shorty's Cajun Catering is the place to get it from.

    I OWN A DAYCARE AND I PROVIDE THREE HOT MEALS AND A SNACK DAILY. SOMETIMES WE ARE OUT ON FIELD TRIPS AND I KNOW IT WILL RUN INTO MEAL TIME. SO I CALL ON SHORTY TO HAVE A PREPARED MEAL FOR THE KIDS. NOT ONLY DO SHE PREPARE IT. SHE DELIVER IT TO THE DAYCARE, SET THE TABLES AND SERVE IT TO THE KIDS. AND THE KIDS REALLY LOVE HER SNACKS. Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Mostly, we are invited to serve weddings and company events. On the average, we serve between 150 to 500 guests at these events. We have also catered charity and after -school related events. Shorty personally caters her son's ROTC sporting events. They just love Shorty!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Before you invest your money ask for a sample plate. There's a small fee for this service, but at least you will know if the food is good before you spend alot of money.

A. How long have you been in business?
Do you have any references?
Do you have samples of your work?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. At shorty's we always offer excellent customer service. We put a new twist on cajun food. Always creating a new dish. We cater to our customers needs and budget. We try to work with our customer to make sure there event is one to remember.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love meeting new people. Every time i get a new job it's like it's my first big catering event. Cooking for me is not a job it is a hobby.
