Introduction: My focus is great experiences. I have many services to offer such as food ( different cuisines such as, italian, creole, spanish ), decor, amongst other things. The majority of my career has been in fine dining as a chef in restaurants. I will create a custom menu for you, and tailor your event to your needs and more. I only get on thumbtack twice a day in the morning 9a.m. and evening 10p.m. So please have patience if you are requesting services. Thank you and I look forward to serving you.

Chef O was able to pull together an awesome brunch for our Mom’s 80th birthday! I found him with less than 2 weeks before the event and let me tell you it was the best brunch ever! Everything was superb!! I have him saved in my contacts for ALL future events! DO NOT HESITATE TO USE Chef O fat any and all your needs!

Ossume and his sous chef were wonderful. We had a dinner for my parents' 50th Anniversary. We asked him to cook items that were probably not the norm - Oysters Rockefeller, Beef Wellington. OMG wonderful! Not one complaint. My parents are typically very picky and they loved everything. Absolutely recommend this company.

Chef O helped make my husband’s 50th birthday dinner a roaring success! The food was very flavorful, he was kind enough to serve us the food as we sat around the dinner table and he even cleaned the kitchen after he prepared the food. He was a very nice, personable guy as well. 10/10 would recommend and cannot wait to book with him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require half down as the deposit. This payment will secure the date and time of the event.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Only request more information if you are serious. Thumbtack charges just for the connection. Example if you have a wedding for 100 people thumbtack will charge upwards of $80. Just for requesting more information. I only ask that you are serious about booking your event.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How many guests you will have? Also what type of food you may have in mind. I have a background in various cuisines. I don't know what you like or do not like or what you may want to eat at your event. Have a cuisine, protein, or dish in mind. I also do not have set menus i only provide custom menus tailored to fit your needs.
