- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
An event is made up of various components and is priced out accordingly such as menu (food cost), beverages, service/staff, decorations, rentals, flowers, entertainment etc. It is very hard to quote a price without knowing the customers budget or what they have in mind. The more information they can provide the easier it is to give them a quote.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do lots of cocktail parties with passed lite bites and antipasto trays. Our Italian buffets for dinner are our specialty with great salads, handmade pastas, grilled entrees, homemade breads and incredible desserts. We can send a chef and captain to your house to cook on the spot and serve to your guests in the luxury of your own home. Casual to Elegant....can fit any budget!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We are a family owned business and like to treat our customers as if they were in our own home. Making memories and long time patrons is the basis for our reputation. We take passion in our food and service and like to "listen" to what the customer wants and how they envision their event. We can work around any budget or idea.
