Consultation - At our initial consultation, we will discuss your family's preferences, culinary interests and any special needs such as food allergies or dietary limitation and portion size. We will survey your kitchen layout and note your refrigerator and freezer space.

Planning - We will propose a menu customized according to your dietary needs and preferences discussed at the consultation, then  submit it for your approval. Feel free to make any changes to make the experience more appropriate to your needs and desires.

Cooking date - We will shop for the freshest and highest quality ingredients required for your menu. We arrive at your place to prepare your sumptuous meals in the safety of your own kitchen.

At the end of the day, we will clean the kitchen, date and package any left overs, and leave you with nothing else to worry about than the entertaining of your guests.

Payment for service - Cash, personal checks or credit card via PayPal are accepted. Payment of the service fee is due at the end of the cooking date. A cash advance for groceries is also required.

Details, receipts and balance will be given to you after each cooking date.

Cooking classes - After being a chef instructor at Lenotre Culinary Institute for 2 years, I offer personal cooking and pastry classes. You can invite a group of friends and make it a social event or just improve your own culinary skills with hands-on training.

Chef-to-go - Are you traveling and in need of a chef for a day or for a week? I or another professional chef will join you to prepare your meals on your yacht or residence.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Four courses fine dining seated party for small group < 20-25 Guests
Banquet Hot/and/or Cold for group of > 30 to 200
Hors-d'oeuvre passing for exhibition, corporation, meeting

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I have seen a lots of non-professional working in catering business. Its important to know if they are food handling certified (servsafe).
Now you may want to know where the food comes from, fresh, frozen, cooked, a Lamb from where? New Zealand? Colorado? etc..Just be curious. Personally I am always happy and proud to show my clients the quality of the food I got for them.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I am a French trained and I fell in love for cooking in an early age.
The feedback of my customers is what make me stand out from other, I am just their humble servant.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. At the end of the day having the feeling that you contribute of bringing family and/or friends together around a table is priceless.
It is not just food its the pleasure of sharing a good time together.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Most of the time my clients asked for special requests, what they like or dislike, dietary, allergy or a just a Birthday cake, I love challenge I will always walk the extra mile to make it happen.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I have a lots of stories about my job, one day as I was working for a small group maybe 15 guests I heard in the conversation that it was actually my client wedding anniversary, without saying a word I made a cake for the occasion with candles and Happy Anniversary John & Mary for example. His wife was touched and cried.
I made a big tip that day.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. If you do what you like to do, you won't have to work for the rest of your life!
