Introduction: I don't try and steal your money or overprice you. I separate myself by being honest. Others may tell you for example that your laptop will cost $700 to repair. I will tell you that its not worth doing as $700 can get you an outstanding brand new laptop. Others will try to charge you the $700 as many customers do not know better and other companies try to take advantage of this. I really enjoy repairing computers, it is not just a job to me. Granted most repairs are no longer a challenge due to my expertise BUT Data Recovery for example brings much satisfaction when a customer almost breaks down in tears because I had recovered years of irreplaceable photographs from her hard drive that had crashed many years prior to the recovery attempt.

I had my college lap collecting dust in my closet for the past 3, 4, maybe even 5 years. It had not been used because it wouldn't go past the start up screen. Even thought the lap top was old and outdated I never threw it away because it was a time capsule of photos, videos and music (holding three family vacations to Hawaii, sentimental videos of my late grandmother, and more music than Elvis could shake his hips to.) Mike was awesome! He was able to run a Data Recovery of the internal drive and transport all of my sacred memories to an external drive which I now have on my current computer. He even recovered all of the files that had been deleted from my old hard drive! He even spent extra time sorting through the images, and processing what could or couldnt be salvaged. He worked fast, and completely "Taylored" his service to my needs. Whenever I got the external hard drive back it was like Christmas morning! His rates are perfect, and he is professional! What types of customers have you worked with?
The Most common types of jobs that I get are, memory upgrades, windows 7 operating system upgrades, Crashed hard drive recovery and many many virus removal cases.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You will notice that there are a lot of companies just like me out there and perhaps with lower prices. I am here to tell you that in some instances my prices may be slightly higher but unfortunately because of my high quality of work, we will most likely not meet again :-( Unless of course a new problem has surfaced :-) I strive to go the extra mile for my customers and I take pride in what I do.
