- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer our lowest price for legal services through Thumbtack and can customize fees and payments to meet the needs of everyone. We offer a payment plan and will accept 1/2 of the total fee at the time you hire us. Then, the balance within the next 60 days. We also offer a 10% cash money discount for those who prefer to pay in full, all at one time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will either meet in person at our office OR we can send our clients a representation agreement (the contract) in email. You read the contract, then sign electronically. We then get the signed copy automatically emailed back to us. We accept Cash and Credit Card (through Law Pay). We will send a link via email to enter your credit card information through Law Pay. We are flexible and understand that people have different needs and preferences.
