- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates seem to be fair. Not on the low side but definitely not going through the roof. I strongly feel that the quality of work and a fast work pace can go side by side without compromising the ending results. Experience and the correct tools allow for a smooth process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like to listen and see what are the needs of the customer, offer solutions, offer possible ideas to maintain costs low, work out a date and time that works for both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education and training comes from being an apprentice throughout the years and well the experience of working on similar projects over and over.
