Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Do your homework before hiring a DJ, not all DJs provide the same experience. Also, do not expect things that you do not discuss in advance. It is sometimes very difficult or impossible to satisfy last minute expectations.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. DJing is quite difficult. Like many crafts, a master will make the execution look effortless. In reality, DJing is more difficult than playing a musical instrument.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. What type of DJ are you? Some DJs do not "mix music," they only put on an iTunes playlist- like a wedding DJ does. A club DJ will know how read a crowd, mix music and hype the party.
