FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No we do not have a standard pricing system for our services. Each dog and owner are unique and have different goals and needs, hence we address each dog an owner as such. We customize our training to meet the needs and attain the goals of each customer and their dog.Unlike the cookie cutter type of training program provided by some novice trainers and big box stores,we do not have a one size fits all training system. Our pricing varies and depends on many variables, such as the dogs age, abilities, temperament, health, the estimated length of time it will take to achieve the desired results, the severity of the chronic problems which need solutions and much more, which we can only be determined after a scheduled in-person evaluation consultation appointment between the customer, their dog or dogs and the trainer/consultant. We need to evaluate your puppy or dog in person, rather than online or over the phone. This gives us a chance to meet and greet and determine if we are a good fit for each other. After the in-person evaluation consultation,if the potential client decides to proceed with hiring us,the customer must signs our contract and and terms of services and either pay a fifty percent deposit upfront or full payment, before we begin working with the customer and their dog. The customer's dog or dogs are put into training and regular updates via photos and videos are provided for the customer through e-mail . Upon completion of the training, the customer picks up their dog and is given an orientation on their dogs newly acquired skills and instructed on how to properly handle their trained dog. The customer is offered additional private follow-up lessons,on going support and much more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer calls us to schedule an in-person evaluation consultation appointment between the owner, their dog or dogs and the trainer. We inform the customer about our training philosophy, the tools we use and much more.We request a copy of the dogs vaccination records (DHLPP,rabies and Bordetella or kennel cough) which will be inspected before beginning to work with any customers during the in-person evaluation consultation appointment,we listen to what the customer tells us about the needs and goals for their dog or dogs,we observe and evaluate the customers dog or dogs and we customize and design a training program aimed at fulfilling the needs and achieving the goals of the customer, their dog or puppy and their lifestyle.
