Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Do plenty of research! If you don't feel comfortable with the person you are talking to , hire someone else. Communication is a big part of a successful relationship.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If I were a customer I would like to know which companies use new/quality products and which buy from the dollar store. Our mops and towels are new and our vacuums are sanitized after each use.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. What is the extent of the work that needs to be done? Simply knowing the size and number of rooms is not enough in order to give an accurate estimate. Sometimes a visit is required in order to estimate job cost more accurately.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We pride ourselves' on cleaning your home just like it was our own. We inspect each job for completeness and thoroughness.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. What I like most is being able to give my customers the peace of mind that they are providing their family with a clean home that is free of germs.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Questions: What do I have to do to prepare for you to come over?
Answer: Nothing! We were hired in order to clean your home. We want you to relax and leave the work to us.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. While cleaning one of my new client's 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath homes, we came across a diamond bracelet that had fallen between the refridgerator and kitchen cabinet. The homeowner thought it was lost and was glad that our employees were honest enough to return it, since it had sentimental value.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I wish that customers knew that my employees all have part ownership in my business. They work harder and more proficiently because they receive a part of the company's revenue.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I worked with a fire and flood cleanup company prior to starting my own business. That was my inspiration to go on my own.
