Josh was fantastic! We hired him for an event at a university and he was so personable. All of the students loved him and they really warped back to childhood with the balloons. He also created a balloon of our mascot on the spot, which was a big hit. We will certainly use him if we ever have a similar event and I'd suggest anyone else use him as well!

Booked Josh for my daughters 3rd birthday party and let me say what a breath of fresh air to have an individual that works so well with kids as well as super polite, generous, outgoing. The party had me occupied and Josh had the attention of every kid and seemingly every adult in the place! Talented is an understatement because he not only made everything that was requested of him but it almost seemed like he was making them 2 at a time. Hands down best balloon artist I have seen and I travel across the country for work and see lots of tallent but Josh is in a league of his own! Did I mention he also stayed past his scheduled time to insure every child got not just 1 balloon but every sculpture they wanted! I will be booking him again without hesitation!

I hired Joshua on the recommendation of a friend to make balloons during my 7 year old's birthday party. She was so right - he really is fantastic!!! He was prompt, friendly, and great with the kids. He made sure every kid got whatever they wanted - and he didn't stop until they did! All of the adults were impressed as well. Many have asked for his contact information. My son has already asked if the balloon guy can come to his 8th birthday party. Without hesitation, I told him "yes." :)

Joshua created balloon sculptures during our recent open house for our Actors Academy. The kids were delighted, and their parents were amazed. These are not your standard puppies and swords - these are spiderman riding a motorcycle or a monkey hanging from a tree, or a fire-breathing dragon. He is able to entertain the smallest child, and will often even create a new design upon request. He works quickly, and his interpersonal skills and acting background allow him to be personally entertaining while he's working, which is a big plus.

I hired Joshua to entertain the kids during my twins 5th birthday party. He was prompt, friendly, and great with the kids. All the guests, adults included, were extremely impressed with the balloon art he created. Everyone was amazed and I could not have been any happier with his services. I highly recommend Joshua to anyone looking for a professional balloon artist!

We hired Mr.Clark for our elementary schools annual spring festival and he was a huge hit. The kids loved him and many parents were impressed with how patient and accommodating he was. He was prompt, very professional and polite. Kids were willing to wait patiently just to have one of his balloons. Since the festival, we had many parents comment to our committee on having him again next year and also for other school functions. We gladly would hire him again for any functions we have in the future!

Joshua Clark is a very talented artist!

He recently created balloon sculptures at the Kidstuff Directory booth during the Houston Children's Festival. There was a constant flow of children lined up to challenge Joshua's creative skills with requests from motorcycles and aliens to crowns and swords. He was up for any challenge and the kids had a great time watching him and asking lots of questions about his profession. He was great with the kids and I think he even inspired some of them to check out a book at the library to learn balloon artistry themselves.

I should also mention that he had broken his wrist four weeks before this event and was such a trooper! He created balloon sculptures for almost 8 hours straight, despite the discomfort to his wrist!

It is obvious that Joshua enjoys what he does, especially making the kids happy. I would highly recommend him for any event!

Professional, Talented, and Great with the kids...

Josh Clark is one of the most amazing balloon artists I've seen. My family and I booked him for my dad's 70th Brithday Party to entertain the kids, at least for a little while.

He was extremely patient with all of the kids and even stayed over a little past his booked time to ensure the last child, in line, received a balloon sculpture.

The kids AND adults loved Josh's work and easy-going attitude and so will anyone else who decides to take advantage of Josh's incredible talent.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. I do everything. I make balloons in restaurants every week. I've also done birthday parties, weddings, funerals, quinceaneras, baby showers, bachelorette parties, business events, and many more. In addition to parties, I also teach balloon making classes. I make balloons all over town. I've done church events, children's festivals, community events, etc. There's no event too big or too small.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I'm the best at what I do. Most of the balloons that I make I designed myself, so, nobody else knows how to make them. I practice every day to make sure that I stay the best. I can make anything out of balloons. I decided a long time ago that I would never refuse a request. There's nothing too big, too small, or too outrageous for me to make. I will make whatever anyone asks me for. I make things every day that leave other balloon artists speechless. This is what I do for fun, and I love it. And I'm good at what I do.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like to make people happy. I like making people's day better. I like seeing the look on people's faces when I make something that they didn't think I would be able to make. I like to be challenged. I like being forced to use my imagination. But, by far the best part of my job is being able to put a smile on peoples faces no matter how bad their day has been.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I started making balloons when I was 13 years old because I wanted to make some money. I started by reading library books. Once I learned the basics, I taught myself the rest. I've always been artistic, and this provided a good outlet
