I wanted wasp removal including mud nests on exterior of house. What was offered was a pest treatment spray inside and outside the house. The technician asked, when he arrived, if the cupboards were empty. Did not have any communication about that beforehand so cupboards were not emptied. Baseboard spraying only where easily accessible. Didn't see the spraying process outside which was supposed to be about the wasps. The technician had to be reminded about nest removal and didn't put much effort into it. The price was a bit lower than competition who want to make this a one year contract. Grateful that Berrett would do a three month contract for payment with one indoor (not what I was originally after) and two outdoor treatments. Only communicated by messages, would have appreciated a phone call like I had asked for.
