Lindberg Flooring and Remodeling has been in business for over 20 years working with residential, realtors, property managers, remodelers, renovations, rehabs, apartments, office buildings, warehouses, and hotels from small to large.

Any structure or property that requires flooring, we can provide quality service. All types of residential and commercial flooring from FHA carpet to high end carpets, hardwood, ceramic, tile and vinyl. Carpet starts at $11.95 per sf installed.

If you find a specific floor you are interested in, we can get it for you at a very competitive price. Our showroom carries major manufacturers flooring and they are all guaranteed and under warranty. Lindberg Flooring and Remodeling also will do all types of Makereadys and Remodeling including cabinets, kitchens, bath, shower tiles, painting, doors and any job except repairs or patchwork.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Realtors, Property Management, rehabs and foreclosures and Commercial such as schools and hotels.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. To look carefully at all the best options and take the samples and look at under correct lighting and also how matches with decor.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. More about how the extras can affect the different floors such as the different crown moldings, whats underneath the floors and if they should be removed or if you can just lay over the existing floors.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. They should know the size of rooms, type of floor that fits their needs most and if they need any extras. Also if they are buying or selling and want upgraded flooring or just to sell.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We also are going to do wholesale carpet on the internet at an extensive savings compared to retail. Our products are quality manufacturers with excellent warranties. We also pride ourselves in putting our customers first and giving special coupons in appreciation and special discount pricing.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Being able to provide excellent customer service and treat each client as if they are the only ones and come first and foremost.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Prices or specials which I quote to them. Warranties and manufacturers such as Shaw, Imaging and other major manufacturers they have known and trust. Also what types of carpet and flooring which we carry from FHA to high end and how long it will take to order and install which is usually a few days from order to installation.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. No not really. We have so many good clients that we service and just want to continue to give them satisfaction which to me is the best.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That when ordering the trucks and companies are in control we don't have access to if they go on strike or like the holidays shut down which sometimes create longer time to set up the install.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I have done marketing for many years and I just sort of fell into and am good at business development.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We have done three houses in Austin which is such a growing area and we also do work around Texas and Out of State which gives us lots of versatility.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Just whatever new products are on the market and in high demand.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. The internet marketing is the newest and most exciting which will create lower cost to the consumer.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. We did a remodel job on a house for a realtor which was around $5000.00 and took a couple days.

A. We don't, its pretty cut and dry depending on the product requested.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. To try to learn the different flooring and pricing to help promote the products.
