- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free consultations. We offer a premium service at a fair market price. We’ll have promotional offers and seasonal discounts through out the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We setup a home consultation with one of our generator specialists to access the customers needs and wants for backup power. After the initial discovery with our specialist, if we find we’re able to help the customer with there specific needs, we put a couple options together that best meets the needs of that specific client. From there, if the client wishes to proceed with one of our backup options provided, we immediately get the process started on the installation of their new home backup generator.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an electrical license and participate in annual continued education classes to maintain and grow my electrical knowledge of code. All of our tech’s have certifications with all the major generator players: Generac, Cummins, Kohler and Briggs.
