What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may change based on project workloads.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer notifies me of their interest, I get a little more information about the brand and what the client hopes to achieve. The client will receive a proposal with service options and pricing. Once the contract is signed and 50% of invoice is paid, the project is a go.
