Amburlee is a wonderful artist! Amburlee has a sweet, energetic, and bubbly personality. She is detail-oriented (which I love!) and is always working for the interest, wants, and needs of the client. She ensures that her clients are comfortable and she also likes feedback from her clients to see what is working and what is not. I had an interview for Grad school and my makeup and hair was so pretty and flawless! During my interview process, I received many complements on my hair and makeup. I have a dark complexion and oily skin but my makeup fit perfectly. I really do not wear a lot of makeup to begin with nor bright or bold colors; I pretty much like to stay neutral but for an interview I knew I needed a little bit of color and that is exactly what Amburlee did. So with that in mind, Amburlee made my makeup look natural but with the intention of making a statement. I did not feel pounds of makeup were put on my face. My face was just smooth and properly dressed with the color palette she chose. Furthermore, my interview process was 6 hours long and my makeup lasted the whole time! No joke. I only had to use my oil blotting sheets twice that day and that is because, as stated above, I have oily skin. Other than that, all was well. I was very happy with my results.

Amburlee is the best! So talented with years of experience, she was able to multitask with my hair while I got my makeup done. Simply put, she's got skills! She also helped me put my extensions on flawlessly. Her work is fast and great! Will definitely use her again in the future! :)

Amburlee did a great job doing my make up for my birthday. She had very short notice but was prepared when I arrived and explained every step of the process to me and told me wheat to expect. Amburlee is a great make u artist and I recommend her highly.

Yes, I travel to various hair and makeup shows and workshops every year. I feel that it it extremely important to stay abreast of the latest developments in the beauty industry. It keeps me on the cutting edge and above my competition.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been intrigued by the beauty industry from a very young age. I've been styling hair since the age of 16. My family encouraged me to make it a career and here I am, loving what I do and making people look and feel beautiful for a living.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I do for my clients is bridal hair styling and makeup, special occasion hair styling and makeup, hair extensions, and natural hair styling.
