My rates are very fair. Do not allow minor problems to become major problems.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. What I am is the man you need to get those pesky home projects completed.
Oft times homeowners put off those small prjects because of the rediculous cost of most Handyman services. Then, wham-o, the small has grown to a huge problem.

I want to be your goto handyman for long run. I want to nuture a long term relationship where you know that my services will be honest and to the best of my abilities

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. A customer should always ask: Can you do the JOB.

There are somethings I can't do, or have little experience in doing. If this is the case, I will say so.

There are jobs I have not done, but have the confidence that I can. I will always let the customer know.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I am not so sure it is my work that stands out as much as my service to the customer.

I am far from perfect, and don't know everything. But, if there is one quality that I do have, is that I will always give the best of myself to the customer as well as the project that I am doing.

I have always believed that it is customer service that is by far the most imporatan aspect of getting and retaining customers.

This is not to say that my work is anything less than the best I can give!!!!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. My reasons for doing this are in a way both selfish and customer related.

I am just a man who wants to make a fair living while giving my customers the best bang for thier buck.

So, why should my customer pay 90 dollars for a problem with thier toiletk, when I can do the job for them for a fraction of that cost.

Q. What are you currently working on improving?

A. I have been working on the neatness of my painting abilities. I have started to cut time off by learning how to do most trim work without the aid of taping off. Taping off is time consuming. By not having to tape, my customers get the same quality work at the least hours.
