"Handyman" was VERY helpful. He came to change the HVAC filter in the attic. When done with that, unbeknownst to me, he pointed out an opening where an apparent rodent evidently has been entering. Though horrified of this news, I was still grateful to find out. Also, he came within an hour of my request! Thanks so much, "Handyman!"
