I was very pleased with the technican "Carlos"at TBJ" Carlos". He responded after seeing my request on Thumbtack.. I discussed with Carlos the repair job needed. He clearly understood what I needed and was able to give me a price quote. His price quote was very reasonable (far better from his competitors), so I confirmed and scheduled. He worked with me on my time schedule, and we came up with a time that worked best. Carlos communicated with me a couple of times on he arrival time. He arrived promptly as promised. On his last visit to us Carlos helped us replace our water heater and a ceiling fan. But in the past he has helped us replace a toilet as well as repair a small leak in our attic.
