Introduction: I am David leos, and i am the owner of Leos Tile Services a family owned business. We have 25+ years experience in any tile related work , from flooring to shower installs to kitchen backsplash. Our goal is to make your tile ideas come to life . To provide great pricing, great communication and most importantly great quality of work. When it comes to our installations i set the bar at a high standard due to the fact that I consider myself a perfectionist and i can’t and wont leave you're home knowing i went above and beyond you're expectations. The reason we have great pricing is you will only be dealing with me and me only , I’ll be the one giving you an estimate as well as the one who will be working on the installation, no middle man . Short version: Although not the cheapest one, the fee is reasonable, of good quality, and very responsive compared to others. So far, I have hired several builders and DIYs, and David is among the top. Extended version: I hired him because my top builder was unavailable, and the cheapest one was not flexible and didn't offer options. Fee: His fee is fair and reasonable. Not the cheapest one, however. Quality: The quality of the work is good; the installed tiles are visually well-aligned and leveled. Knowledge: He is very knowledgeable and knows what is best for my case. He always gave me advice and options to deal with some issues. Cleanliness: In general, they did well. It's a bit of a mess in the bath, but it isn't a big issue. Efficiency: One builder (I didn't hire him) said 70 sqft of tiles should be enough, but David used all 90 sqft tiles. I don't think it's David's fault, but he should be careful when using and cutting tiles. But this is not an issue. To summarize, I am happy with his work. It is highly recommended.

David updated all of the original tile floors in my bathrooms and laundry room. He also did a complete rip and replace ie tub to walk in shower conversion. I love the outcome and highly recommend his work.
