Punctual, excellent work and reasonable rates! Our Realtor was worried and we were exhausted. Ava Service saved us! The owner George is easy to reach and very flexible. Their handyman Jason arrived early and went straight to work grouting, caulking and painting. Jason climbed his ladder dozens of times to update lighting fixtures, smoke detectors, light bulbs, ceiling fan blades, etc. House cleaning next!Highly Recommended.

Ava Services were good, but I think the company has the potential to be great! We did a deep cleaning, but found areas where they missed, or didn’t do a thorough job, such as vacuuming under our furniture (found crumbs) or wiping down our toilet good. Overall, good company, we just expected a more thorough cleaning since it was a deep clean job. I would definitely hire again.
