- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are flat rates. Because I offer a few services, pricing can be customized (or packaged) as well, depending on customer needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, I do a Discovery Call. This is a brief call where I can learn a little about the customer and their needs. It's complimentary and it's a short time investment to see if my services are a good fit for them. If so, we take next steps that are tailored to their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several certifications with NASM including Fitness Training, Nutrition coaching and Group Exercise Specialist. I am also a certified professional Life Purpose Coach. I have 8 years of experience in the Health and Wellness field. I'm a Visual Merchandiser by profession. I work in multiple retail stores to organize clothing, shoes and accessories. I truly have a natural gift to organize and simplify systems.
