FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Home Staging companies typically set their pricing based on various factors such as the size of the property, the scope of work involved, the location, the duration of staging, and the level of expertise required. Some companies may charge a flat fee for their services, while others may offer packages or pricing based on the number of rooms staged. Additionally, factors like the quality of furnishings and accessories used in staging can also influence pricing. We typically use the pricing model giving our clients 3 types of packages and they choose whichever works best with their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the client's request, we always start our process with a thorough consultation. This involves visiting the property, taking photos, and asking detailed questions to fully understand the client's vision and needs. Once we have gathered all the necessary information, we promptly provide the client with a comprehensive quote within 24 hours. the cost of the consultation is applied toward the staging service if the client decides to move forward with the process. This ensures that our clients have a clear understanding of the services we will provide and the associated costs, allowing for transparency and trust throughout the staging process. Our goal is to deliver exceptional results that exceed our client's expectations, and our detailed consultation process is the first step towards achieving this goal.
