- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our cleaning service pricing isn't complicated really. We do NOT charge our customers an hourly rate. We work till the job is completed at the flat rate you were promised! Our rates start as low as $40.00! We offer fair flat rate pricing based on the following: 1. Service you are Requesting (Standard, Deep Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning Etc..) 2. Frequency of Services Needed (One-Time, Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly) 3. Sq. Footage, Bed/Bathrooms & Family Pets **We are HUGE pet lovers but we do charge a small fee of $2.00 for each dog & cat family member you have. Only because indoor pets usually mean extra shedding and clean-up for our crews. Sorry - Pet waste or litter clean-up is not included ** 4. Condition of your Home or Business (Standard or Heavy condition) We always offer FREE estimates by phone, email or in person. TXHCT does not require deposits or contracts. You pay for each completed cleaning at time of service and are free to cancel anytime! Advertised discounts are always available online or simply by calling our Customer Service Department.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
John and I grew tired of working for Corporate America and decided that we too wanted to have a small piece of the American Dream of business ownership. What started as a risky and scary idea in 2008 (quit our jobs, leave behind the benefits and use our savings to start a small business) has grown to TX House Clean Team A residential and commercial cleaning company that has gained beautiful success while still staying that personal service company everyone needs and deserves. We both have always shared the love of service and seeing the tremendous results our hard work brings every day to our customers and their families makes us both so very proud.
