I had my home cleaned and wow! Attention to detail especially with the bathrooms and kitchen. I couldn’t find a speck of dirt! They care about the quality of service and making the client happy and it shows. I would absolutely recommend and looking forward to using their service again.

The company manager is not really professional. She stated that she was only there to inform the ladies what needed to be done. They started with the clothes that needed to be hung and folded. The manager set on my son's bed where he sleeps and talked on the phone, etc. After working for 1.5 hours and was to be there for 5/6 hours tops. She stated she needed to go get food. At this point, I was fed up. I gave her details of my place before she arrived so that there wouldn't be any problems with her understanding the job. They started off really slow to the point where I step in and stated helping. Mind you, she stated to me beforehand that I would love how fast they worked. After having a conversation with her about what was taking place. She then begins to help. At this point, everything was rushed. My clothes were hung up. Not organized, nor was my house clean as it should have been. Really disappointed

hi kendra, sorry for the late reply I was out of the country, I am really surprised about your review , when we were close to finishing u were happy and thanking us for getting all that work done specially your closet , in five ours we got alot of work done for you , sorry you were disappointed, but honestly with the amount of clothes that we had to fold and hang , and also clean in just five hours the results were amazing, I had to sit on the bed so I can sort all the clothes on the bed , it was a big pile on the bed, how else can I sort them, I didn't want to put them on the floor , as far as me wanting to get the girls food it's because one the girls didn't eat before she left and I wanted to get some thing fast to eat , and yes I do supervise onley , how ever to make you happy I did step in to try to finish the work , so you did get an extra hand for free for five hours , again sorry you were disappointed, usually everyone one is happy with our services, but sometimes things like this happen , if there is anything I can do to make you please let me know , will affor you discount for next time you order us , have ablessed day kendra
