Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We provide services to residential and commercial customers. On the residential side homeowners look to us to clean thier home and put it in the newest condition possible. On the commercial side we provide janitorial work to small offices after hours on a contract basis. We also provide services to non home owners such as those living in Apartments, Town Homes, and Luxury Rentals. We also provide additional services to Apartment Managers, HOA's, Home Builders, and Property Managers for move-in/move-outs and construction cleanups.
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. On a recent new residential account; we quoted a low price to gain the customers business. Normal cleanings take between 2-3 hours on average. This particular job took 9 hours to complete. We did not charge the customer extra. We stayed until the job was done correctly. The customer was so impressed they took thier camera out and started taking pictures!
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. There are many providers out in the market. Many will give you a cheaper price; but they will not deliver on quality. Our company hires only the best maids. Individuals who have high standards for themselves and pride in thier work. Even if it takes longer, they simply will not leave until the job is done properly. Other agencies over schedule thier jobs causing the maids to rush from one appointment to the next. We schedule our maids with a buffer window allowing them to have additional time at an appointment when needed. We do not charge anything additional if a job requires more time.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. We focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and price points. We have an in-house quality control process we instiute with the help of the customer. We care about the customer and go the extra mile.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. We regulary monitor our competitors for new developments in techniques and the products they use as well as newly implemented processes. It is important that we stay on the cutting edge and remain competitive. We also attend trade shows and subscribe to industry news magazines.
