I just got my A/C serviced by Mario with Master Mechanical today and he did a phenomenal job! I know and feel like I got great quality work!! I will be recommending them to any of my friends and family in need. He went way above and beyond my expectations and the price was reasonable as well! My A/C had broken down last night and I called them this morning and by this afternoon my A/C is fixed and my house is cooling down! I will be using them again in the future if I need any repairs or cleanings done. He had excellent customer service and was very informative with all my questions. I can not recommend them enough. I was very satisfied with my service!!!

Thanks Master mechanical for your fast and professional service, I bought a complete hvac gas system,my heater works great with this two stage furnace so quiet when it got hot turned my a/c Super quiet two stage compressor cools fast and I know is efficient. Other companies wanted over $12,000 for the same system that you guys installed for way less than that!! and your job was clean and very neat&professional Thanks master mechanical I will definately recomend you guys!!!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. --Make sure is licensed.
--Reputation is important.
-- Make sure the contractor is honest and reasonable.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Not always is about get it done and leave.
We make sure even the smallest detail is done.
We always return your phone calls. we are not going to disappear after we are done at your house we want your satisfaction so we can geat new refferals and ear a happy customer. We will inform you of every little detail on the work that we do. WE DO NOT SELL YOU WHAT YOU DO NOT NEED!!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I have been hvac work for a long time and what I like the most is when homeowners look at the work we did and say WOW! That makes me feel good about my work.
- Another thing is on the extreme hot or cold temperatures and a homeowner without a job or personal problem cannot afford a repair. Knowing that we can help either financing of just charging for the parts cost. That puts a smile on my face!
- Another thing I love is sweating in those super hot attics.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. 1st: How do I know tomorrow you will pick up my phone call if something doesn't work properly??
ANSWER: Over this years in bussiness we have created a good reputation with hundreds of satisfied customers that are willing to recomend us with anybody. if you google us we do not have any unresolve issue so far.
Plus I am not willing to loose my hvac license for something like that.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. This bussiness like all, are full of good and bad people and you have the right to ask all questions you like and make sure that your money is well invested with the right people. I like to do everything I can to build a great reputation and make happy customers. I think customers are the ones that feed my family so is an obligation to treat you right!

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes our crews and I are always going to training classes every 90 days to stay up to code and well inform.
