He said he could do the job in 3 days but it turned into 3 weeks mostly due to his poor communication skills. I would send emails describing in detail what I needed done and judging from the work returned it was if he never read them. And he didn't proofread his work; I was always correcting small irritating mistakes. I finally accepted the job as complete because I just needed to move on.

I allowed him many revisions more than anyone else. He was never satisfied and was not very clear on his explanations. I worked with engineers and had good results. Sorry for the bad review I will try my best next time.
