Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Most commonly we receive requests for private personal shopping and help with customizing a wardrobe plan. Some customers do not need to purchase additional clothing items and want us to create a plan directly from the items that currently exists in their closets. We do our best to stay recession friendly!
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. The only advice that we can give is for the customer to be completely honest about their expectations and to be open to the suggestions that our consultants may give. We are trained fashion and image professionals and only have the customer's best interests at heart.

A. Our work stands out from others because it services all individuals from all social and economic backgrounds. We work with our customers by creating custom payment plans and options so that everyone can experience what it is like to be pampered and to look and feel better about themselves. We are genuinely passionate about the fashion/beauty industry and will go the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Being an image / fashion consultant is so rewarding because it can help to boost an individual's self-esteem tremendously. If we are able to help one person think more highly of themselves through their personal appearance, then the business services provided by Diamond Icon are extremely successful.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Question: What if I only need one service and not a styling package? We allow customers to combine services (body/style analysis, personal shopping experience, custom-made wardrobe, etc.) or purchase them separately if they choose.
Question: How much is the initial consultation? All initial consultations are free!
