My process for working with new clients is designed to be efficient and personalized. We start with an initial intake call to gather contact information and discuss the client's needs. Following that, I conduct a detailed case evaluation and send tailored intake questionnaires based on the case specifics. We facilitate remote document collection for convenience and communicate through the client's preferred method, whether it's phone calls, emails, video calls, texts, or weekend consultations. I provide clients with a transparent and affordable flat fee quote, ensuring clarity and affordability throughout the process.

My qualifications include a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from South Texas College of Law Houston, equipping me with a strong legal foundation.
