- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work to provide very transparent line item costs, allowing the customer to choose what best fits their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer in-person consultations, but remain flexible for customers that prefer a virtual quotes. We just ask that customers understand there may be portions of the job that we cannot accurately quote without seeing the home, business, and/or property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an owner, I recently completed the Executive MBA program with a focus in Entrepreneurship at Rice University. As a team and franchise, we have a lot of institutional knowledge at our fingertips. We also have partnered with several key vendors in each of our business lines that assist with their expertise and training.
