Do I need to be home when you clean?
Not necessarily, we do whatever is comfortable for our customers.
Whether someone is home or not we take cleaning your home very seriously so we thrive to make sure that we always exceed your expectations. Some of our customer's provide us with a key to enter the premises, but the choice is an individual decision.

At what time will the team member be at my home?
We realize that everyone has a busy schedule so we do do our best to arrive as close to the scheduled time as possible.

What do I have to do with my pets the day of the cleaning?
We love pets!!!!!!!
We have no problem cleaning with pets inside your home. However, you need to keep your pets in a safe place due to safety reasons.

What would your cleaning member not clean?
We do not clean human or pet feces, vomit, urine or blood due to sanitary reasons.
