I love getting my makeup done by Shea from Pinkosmetics. She is very dedicated to making each client special and looking wonderful. She is very attentive to the needs of her clientel. I felt like a million bucks each time she has done my makeup. I would reccomend her for any service she offers.

As a professional photographer, we pick up on the tiniest of details and flaws on our models. Shea consistently outperforms her peers in both makeup manipulation as well as application techniques and color palets. Without question, she does the best of any makeup artist we have worked with. Highly Recommended and her work can be seen at www.facebook.com/imaginethatpix for further proof of her perfection!

I have dealt with MANY makeup retailers and normally the service is rather impersonal and a lot of places make you feel a total novice and fairly uncomfortable. NOT PINKOSMETICS! The customer service I received is above and beyond anything I have ever encountered before. Shea will always go out of her way to help in any way possible, even if it means going out of her way to find you EXACTLY what you need. Aside from just the amazing customer service and wonderful prices, Shea is a very talented makeup artists. She is so very creative and always goes the extra mile to make sure her looks are absolutely perfect. I honestly can not say enough about Pinkosmetics and Shea. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful company! Please keep up the phenomenal work!

A. My best advice is make sure you have photographs of previous work (and by photographs I mean more than one photograph of each model in the same look), and the artist themselves. Some "Makeup Artist" can easily google pictures and copy and paste them to tehir profiles. But if they can provide more than one shot of a model with teh same look then you know the work is their own ORIGINAL. If they don't provide the quality or look you are wanting then best bet is to look for another artist. And if you are hiring a MUA for your wedding always always always insist on having a pre-wedding run through. Even if it is them doing the makeup for your engagement shoots. You do not want to be there last minute on your wedding day to find out the artist you hired really isn't an artist at all. If the artist you are considering doesn't offer this service RUN! It is your big day and you are already stressed enough as it is. :-)
A. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the before and afters, and the chance that you can be as dramatic as you want and no one stares at you strange. You have the opportunity to become or create an alter ego type, or just dress yourself up a little.
A. The most common question I get is about foundation color. This seems to be a problem women really struggle with, as the foundation is exactly what it says "Foundation." It will become the canvas in which your artistry will be built. If the foundation is not strong it will not hold together your look. You should always match your foundation color to your neck. that way it blends evenly. Not everyone needs full coverage also, but you do atleast need a tinted moisturizer if you wear more than mascara and lipgloss. That will ensure your entire look is complete.
A. I have always loved makeup, I modeled when I was younger (much younger!) and once I was a grown up I asked myself with what can I go to school for that I will still get to play with makeup. So I decided to go to school to be an Esthetician, and here I am today :-)
A. A few weekends ago my friends and I did a 1920's themed shoot. It was super awesome everyone looked just lovely. I adored every picture and there wasn't anything I would have changed about the shoot. It turned out better than myself, the hairstylist and the photographer could have imagined!
A. This past weekend I did the makeup for an independent TV show. It was for the Indian/ Pakisani community. It involved me airbrushing the main characters and a little contouring. It took about 20-30 min per actor. I had alot of fun on this project, it is a comedy show so as you can imagine the actors were very entertaining.
