Before hiring a a makeup artist for your wedding, you want to find out what their experience with bridal makeup is specifically. Find out how what percentage of their business is weddings. Ask how many weddings they do per calendar year. Ask to see pictures of their portfolio so that you can see the quality of their work. Ask if they offer try outs prior to your wedding so that you can determine if you like their work. Lastly, ask for references from some of their other clients and if they have any written testimonials from previous brides that have worked with.
