Introduction: My massage therapy work is a blend of traditional Swedish massage and deep tissue work, as well as gentle joint movements, stretches, aromatherapy and energy work. Your massage will be very relaxing and therapeutic. My work as a yoga instructor includes a wide variety of class plans to keep the practice interesting and fun. As a personal coach, I help you look at every aspect of your life and how satisfied you are with each area. I assist you in creating a plan with simple action steps. Our Tesla Energy Lights are unique and life-changing and support healing in all areas. What I like most about my work as a Holistic Health Practitioner is how everything I do connects to increasing the well-being of my clients, and in turn, makes me feel good too! I love how clients and students look after a session or class - like they feel good about themselves and their lives.
