- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take cases on a contingency basis a percentage of the money recovered and only get paid if we recover money for the clients. We have been working this way for over 35 years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free initial case evaluation on the phone, followed by an in-person meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I believe in using cutting edge technology to help advance our clients case. We are always looking for the best ways to present a case and other technology to improve our work. Recently, I spoke on the use of IPads at trial for the Houston Bar Assn.
