Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. If you are looking for a trainer, you should interview several trainers. Don't just find a trainer because he's the cheapest. You hire a trainer because you want someone to motivate and inspire you. You want someone fun but firm with you. A trainer has to be knowledgeable.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My name is Reggie Rusk, professional sports and fitness trainer. I am a former nfl corner back with five years of experience. My experience has allowed me to gain knowledge about todays athlete. My philosophy is first, change mindset. I have been a standout athlete my whole life. I know what it takes to excel at a high level. I know how to communicate with athletes so they will buy into my philosophy.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love watching my guys take their games to the next level. Making people better is my goal. I know that my training has a hugh effect on all of my clients.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. I'm asked very often how do I make such a connection with my clients. My response is, "because I really care about your success". Most people know if your for real or not.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I have had the pleasure and honor to play professional sports. I have always been a leader. I have been mvp in high school and in college. I have been awarded with numerous awards because of my play on the field. I was inducted into college hall of fame. These awards are because I have always been passionate about everything I do.
