I love working with Tony. He's dedicated but fun. I am not a fan of working out and he makes the time at the gym enjoyable.

Question and answer

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I enjoy getting my clients from point A to point B, and watching how happy they are when they do something they counldnt do before. Everyday is different.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How do I lose my stomach? They know the answer, but they always hope its something different. It's cardio and nutrition. Nutrition is 90% of training.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Constantly reading fitness articles and books, and also attending different workshops. Fitness is the type of profession that is constantly changing and you can never know enough. You have to always be studying and improving yourself as well as your clients.
