I have been working out with Mayra Rios for about 7 months now. My daughter was born in January and with Mayra's help I am feeling better than ever and down to my pre-baby size. She is a great motivator, instructor and listener. I always leave her workouts feeling accomplished and motivated!

Mayra is an amazing trainer. I have had multiple trainers in the past, but she is the one who I bonded with the most. I enjoyed our workouts where she pushed me and wouldn't let me back down, but I also enjoyed our conversation. Over the year that I trained with her she became a great friend as well as my awesome trainer. I was sad to move away, but have been able to take away everything she taught me and keep it up on my own. She still keeps in touch to make sure I am keeping it up!
Bottom line - you will lose inches with Mayra and tone up. I didn't recognize my body at the end, and all of my clothes looked SO much better than I thought they could!
