My name is Rick Tarango, I have been a Personal Trainer for over 13 years. During that time I've kept clients motivated and dedicated to a consistent path of loosing weight and getting in shape. The key to my success is that I focus on my clients' goals, and create constructive programs that will allow them with long-term results.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure to interview the trainer as best as possible. Ask questions about background and current to former occupations. Look for credited and qualified credentials on the individual. Call as many references to guarantee qualifications.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. In how to lose 10 pounds as fast as possible. Theirs no secrets but to only commit to a goal and utilize it.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. A note pad for notes, and analysis in the request of service wanting.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Being in the industry for 13 years has allowed me to gain experience and qualifications in the field of Personal Training. This has provided my clients the results they are looking for.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Personal Training has allowed me to help others reach their goals, when the client felt they couldn't do it on their own.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How do I get rid of this gut ? !!!! exercise consistently, organizing a structure program, and most importantly a proper nutritional program.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. In my industry everyday is exciting.! I gain memorable stories every single day. To see clients transform to a healthier and new individual theirs nothing better than that.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I wish they knew the quality and time I spend on developing specific programs for all my clients. Also what it takes to stay determined and committed to a life changing transformation to a healthier you.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I was a former athlete, and have always enjoyed working and helping people. put them together and been a personal trainer for over 13 years now.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. A client of mine, came to me requesting service in losing weight. she weighted 185lbs when we first started. one year later 145lbs now she feels great, runs marathons, and is looking forward to a triathlon in the near future.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Absolutely, the more credentials a Personal Trainer has the better and more experienced the individual becomes.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Turning my business into a Personal Training empire. Having a staff full of motivated and inspiring employees.
