About Get Fit with Jackie Personal Training Studio

We offer 2-for-1 personal training for a limited time.

The studio is located on the southwest side of Houston. This is a private studio that works by appointments only and is not open to the public. There's no gym contracts or gym fees required. The studio is 1,000-square footage and has state-of-the-art equipment; we also have cardio equipment.

We offer sunless airbrush tanning. We also have a locker room with shower.

    I have not been training with Jackie for too long, but I have already seen tremendous results. Losing over 20 pounds within this short amount of time has been extremely hard at times, but most rewarding in the end. From the beginning Jackie has always been encouraging and she has given me the tools necessary to press forward in my personal fitness journey. Over the years I have gone through great lengths to lose weight and prior to training with Jackie I was failing miserably. She gives you a plan that if followed has phenomenal results. I would most definitely recommend her to anyone seriously looking to get healthy, get in shape and change their lives for the better.

    After training with Ms.Jackie, I am seeing great results. I feel more confident about myself and how my body is changing. I am so blessed to have her as my personal trainer. She is very professional and wants to see her clients succeed. And her prices are amazing! She is the best!!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure that when searching for a trainer don't hire them based on education, but make sure they look like they preach. Nothing worst than hiring a trainer and the trainer looks worst than the client. I believe a good trainer will practice what they preach. You have to have a passion for this. Make sure you are just not a dolllar sign and the trainer really has your goals at heart.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Before you consider hiring a trainer you should first have a budget and next you should have goals. There is no way a trainer can give you a time frame as to when you will reach your goals. One tip I can say is the more you train the quicker the results and less you train the slower the results. You and your trainer will work as a team to reach your goals. Just because you have hired a personal trainer doesn't mean that it's their job to help you reach your goals. Both parties will have to participant.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I started working out at the age of 18. My jobs have always been in a field where I am helping people. I was a dental assistant for over 15 years.and I worked as a part time personal trainer. I decided to walk out on faith and become a full time personal trainer because I felt that this was my passion to help people in a different way. I believe that if your health is not good you can't go to work. I know everyone wants to be around long enough to enjoy their retirement. This is why I enjoy personal trainer. I want to help people live longer, feel better, look great and to top it off have more confidence.
