Hello, neighbors!

My name is Leah, and I am a dependable, responsible, mature college student attempting to earn my way through college.

I am a proud owner of a 4-year-old dachshund who is ailed with seizures and epileptic tendencies, so I am knowledgeable and comfortable with sick pets and am competent to administer pet medications to your pet, if at all needed.

I am a non-smoker with my own reliable transportation, and I am immediately available.

I currently am located in the Heights and want to service the Heights and surrounding areas as your new dog sitter. I have dog sat on numerous occasions in Spring, the Heights, Shepherd Forest, Garden Oaks, and Cypress.

References are available upon request only.

Services I offer:

I will always accommodate the homeowner's needs and requirements. If you only need someone to come to your home, feed your animal, let them outside or just play with them for a while, I am your girl!

I am also available to stay the night at your home with your pets while you are out of town. It is a great deterrent to crime to have someone house sit while taking care of your pets.

The services I offer are much cheaper than boarding, and I can ensure that I am professional.

I usually am available upon short notice. For more information, please feel free to contact me.

Thank you for your consideration.

Leah has been taking care of my pets for over three years. She has done a great job! At first, I was skeptical when finding someone on the internet to look over my house and my pet's that I care about like they are my own children, To my surprise she has done an awesome job! Very TRUSTWORTHY!

Leah is an excellent dog sitter, she has watched my dogs on more than one occasion. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I am the type of person that goes above and beyond and to maintain your business doing little things to make it easier on the pet owner is no problem with me. For instance, while I let the dogs out I do not mind loading dishes etc. I believe its being like this that has led me to having so many regular customers. It's also hard to find trust worthy people to be in your home while you are not home.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Helping pet owners feel a sense of relief while they are away from their home or at work. Many pet owners worry about their pets the entire time they are gone, with my services I can check on your pet, feed your pet, and let your pet out to potty!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How much do you charge, that's the question I get usually. Most of the time, I charge by how far i must drive and if I will be doing this service many times during the week. Keep in mind, I am a college student and I have to drive back and fourth during the breaks in between my classes. I will be fair and the prices are negotiable!

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. One of my favorite stories, was about 1 year ago. I was pet sitting a dog, Rusty was her name she was a beautiful lab. She was acting really funny that day and I could not figure out what was wrong with her. I called her owners and they said she would be fine just take her out to potty before I left. Well, come to find out something was wrong, the neighbors house was on fire. I called 911 and the house did not have much damage. I felt like Rusty saved the day!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. My neighbors asked my to house sit and take care of their animals while they were out of town and offerd to pay me for my services. I found it to be a great way to help me through college and it is something I really enjoy!

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I am not going to college to be a vet, I am going to college to be a nurse. That being said, if medications and shots do need to be administred I have experiance with these types of situations. I have had a few customers that have needed me to do this for their animals while they have been out of town and it was not a problem at all.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. Generally, my services on the regular include going to a customers house around lunch time and letting their pets out to the bathroom. I play with them for a while and leave. for a daily service like this I usually charge 10 to 15 per day depending on how far I must drive. All prices are negotiable. If you are needing me to stay over night I usually charge 60 a night which is also a negotiable price.
