Be upfront with what you need and what you are trying to do. With all the information upfront we can serve you better and make sure that we satisfy each if your requests in a quality manner. Be on time to whatever the agreed upon schedule is. We work by appointment only and any time spent catching up will assuredly affect the next person on the schedule. Ask questions. If you don't completely understand what you are paying for or what an engineer is doing, just ask. We will always be happy to explain anything that we are doing.
