- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am VERY quick to say no. If I can not bring extraordinary value I will simple pass on a project. I look at every thing and then I decide. With that said, I price it right! I always make it work. I always make it a bargain to work with me. I brought $4.8M more profit to a project for a client for only $25k. ( See the podcast video on my website) AND! Usually I make it performance based. Meaning on my fee I will accept a retainer and then the balance when the project moves forward or gets funded.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learning the goal. Hearing the story. Defining success. Scripting the presentation, And then performing to make it all happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As mentioned I have been running BoMoSo since 1998 and have made presentations for many types of projects, Software, financial, websites, games, automobiles, products and real estate.
