Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Pressure washing is so important and vital. We recommend that our customers have their homes and properties cleaned once a year. It will save you head aches from hearing from you Home Owners Association. Alot of people fail to realize that their roofs is something that has to be maintained as well. Every two years you need to have your roof cleaned. Improper roof maintnence is the single biggest reson for having to replace your roof. If you dont have your home maintnenced then eventually you will have a paint issue on your hands but luckly for you we do that as well.

A. Make sure you know exactly what you want us todo.

A. Giving the customers a professional results and getting there feed back. Especially when its a big project. Its undescribable

A. Do you give free estimates haha and the answer is, yes.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. yes I do. We cleaned a 50,000 Sq ft house in one day. Who else can claim that. Thats why we are Elite.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. We specialize in Pressure Washing and Painting for fine residential homes and commercial properties

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I had a dream of taking it to commercial property maintnence and then owning a commercial real estate firm

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Well about 4 months ago we cleaned a large time share that was on lake conroe. It was 4 stories and had three breeze ways. The front had three walkways that extended across the entire forn of it. There were 12 sets of stairs. On the back of the building for every unit there was a balcony. Imagaine that. The people who contracted us out dident belive us when we said we can clean it in one day. Well we proved them wrong and once again this is why we are Elite.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. everything I know about this industry is based upon personal experience and as well I read about my industry every single day.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Well ive been thinking of creating a new piece of equipment to the industry but Im not gonna go into any details because then it wouldnt be a secret.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. 7 commercial properties in The Woodlands TX that all need to have their buildings cleaned, windows cleaned, parking lots cleaned and parking lots restriped. Its total cost is around $75,000.00 and its gonna take about a month total.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. we price upon working conditions and the technicality of the job. No set prices besides parking lot cleaning which is set at 5 cents per square foot.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Never give up and give it your all
