FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, I meet with new to discuss the details of their specific situation and legal needs and am able to offer fair, transparent, flat-fee pricing for a majority of the services I provide. Where the services that are needed cannot be offered on a flat-fee basis, I provide an engagement letter in which I detail the scope of work to be completed and the hourly rates charged by me and my staff.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The vast majority of new clients come into the office for our first meeting. Where a new client's health prevents them from coming into the office, I will do what is necessary to meet with the client where they are located. Sometimes this means I meet with clients in their own homes, in hospital rooms, or in skilled nursing facilities. I frequently do business with clients over the telephone for clients who are out of state or not from the Houston area.
