- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a 17% management fee for Short Term Rentals/Vacation Rentals. For customers who agree to my services for at least 6 months, receive a discounted rate of 15% for the first 6 months.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them about their needs, how involved they want to be and where they are at with their rental; this is a free-flowing conversation where I answer any questions or hangups. I then get to know the property if we agree to terms, this involves taking plenty of pictures and asking any questions about the home that would be needed for access, maintenance and just day-to-day quarks of the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a course and recieved training on property management from one of the most well know STR business owners in Houston and the nation.
