- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are only paid when you are! There are no up-front fees to take over for co-hosting or property management for your property. We only have up-front costs to list your unit on multiple outlets for marketing, find you properties to rent, costs to furnish or decorate, or process background applications/set up leases. Our monthly fee to manage your spaces ranges from 10-20% depending on your preferences we will agree to out of a list of 40+ tasks. We also only have month-to-month contracts that automatically renew so if at any time you are not satisfied with us, you don’t have to be bound to a long-term commitment! We know you will love us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a questionnaire that we will review with you to understand your needs. Every contract is customized for each customer to ensure we capture what they need. Our contracts only go month-to-month (with automatic rollover) so you are never stuck in a long term commitment - if you are ever unhappy with our services, we only need a 30 day notice. But we know you will love us and keep us on for years to come!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have managed property in the long-term rental space for over 10 years. We also have been in the short-term rental space - interacting and learning all the intricacies of booking websites like Airbnb, VBRO, Booking.com, and Furnished Finders to name a few. Our experience here will help save you lots of time and money because we know how they operate to best keep money in your pocket.
