remodeled our kitchen, tore out entire thing including old tile. Built everything back from scratch, opened it up and it looks beautiful. Everything from the custom cabinets, rare slab picked granite to the re-texted and painted ceiling. Our family love our new kitchen. All in only 1 month, thanks guys! So friendly and easy to work with, highly recommend.

Awesome group of guys to work with. They remodeled our kitchen, master and spare bath and put new flooring through-out the house. We love our new house basically and did it all in 4 weeks! Quality workmanship, Brennan was a pleasure to work with and always answered his phone. We are picky people and will be hiring Ultimate Roof Builders again next new to replace our roof. Highly recommend.

A. From A to Z!! We have done jobs as small as a roof repair and as large as gutting a 10,000 SF sitness center and rebuilding it very upscale in 10 weeks, start to finish.
A. When looking for a General Contractor it is very important to investigate them through engine searchs on the Web. Look for distinctions and accredations from 3rd party entities and make sure thry carry at least $1,000,000 in general liability insurance. In the instance of Ultimate Roof Builders, we are licensed by the state of Texas, TRCC # 48350. We are accredited from the BBB with no complaints, the owner sits on the Roofing Contractor Association of Texas (RCAT) and we are a Certified GAF/ELK Contractor. We also have a business office and over 85% of our business comes from referrals and previous customers. The best form of business!!
A. Show me pictures and previous invoices of the last 10 jobs you have done! For the last 3 years I have taken before and after pictures of at least 60% of the jobs we have completed and 100% of all the last large projects we have completed. Look for an estimate from some sort of accounting software such as Quickbooks instead of an estimate created from a word doc. Also ask to see insurance binder and some sort of web recognition. It would also if a 3rd party company has given them some sort of accredation, whether it be the BBB or a manufactuer of the products they are selling. All are easy to verify. If you follow all of these steps, you will pretty much be assured quality service. Be educated but not too much that you are counter-productive. Let the pro's do their job.

A. What is your budget? What is your budget vs what you want done...which means are your goals and expectations realistic with what you are willing to spend? The old saying is true most of the time...."you get what you pay for."
A. We love working with people to solve their problems. We really enjoy taking something from either nothing or severally damaged and making it wonderfully new and enjoyable. We also enjoy helping the everyday folks make sure they are treated fairly within guidelines and laws provided to protect against big Insurance companies that generally try not to cover or pay for what they should on claims. It is extremely important to not only meet but exceed expectations set before with the job at hand. We also are working diligently to change to perception of the contracting trade with accountability and proffessionalism.
