Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We mostly sell Axis, Vivotek, AVTech, and Messoa IP cameras to our clients due to the outstanding pricing we can offer on these respected brands. We also offer very competitive pricing on PoE Switches, Network Video Recorders, and DVRs as well.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Be sure to stick to brand name products. The security industry has gotten extremely saturated with low-cost and low-performance products that you must truly invest some time researching the brand that you're being offered. If there's no brand name associated, its best to ask and inquire. At the end of the day, it is ALWAYS worth spending some extra money but getting a good product.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. We've been known to provide excellent personal customer service to our clients, and treat each project - no matter how small or big - with equal attention and respect. We have excellent Google & eBay reviews as well.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. A customer should always ask if a camera being quoted is an IP camera or an Analog camera. The brand name of the camera and DVR is of utmost importance as well. Customer should always know the manufacturer's warranty terms as well.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Its always easier to provide a quote when a customer knows how many cameras they want, and what style of cameras they'd like. For example, it would be a lot easier to provide a quote for 4 outdoor, dome style cameras rather than "I want cameras outside my house".
